Shimms, I put my capsicums into a plastic bag after grilling. Seal it up for 10 mins then peel away.
Located the Bresaola (air dryed beef) that Sammy & Bella used in their salad in week one. I had to go to a big Italian Deli and it was $46 a kilo ! It was very yummy, as they slice it so thinly, I got about 30 slices for $7. We had it for dinner on an Antipasto platter, then the girls took a mini antipasto to school for lunch, then I got one more lunch out of it. I felt it was good value for us as we don't eat all the pork based deli meats.
